Microsurgical Dissection in Endometriosis
Associated Professor Amphan Chalermchockcharoenkit is currently with Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University.
From 2007 onwards, he has been the director of the Thai-German Multidisciplinary Endoscopic training center (TG-MET center) in Thailand. As a course director, he has arranged more than 20 international cadaveric workshops. He developed many MIGS innovative instruments such as a laparoscopic training model, trocars, vaginal tubes, and morcellation bags. Being an expert in his field, he has been an invited speaker and chair to numerous local and international scientific conferences where he spoke in variation of topics from basic to advance endoscopic surgery such as Electrosurgery and DE en bloc excision for radical & conservative laparoscopic surgeries.
He has a number of publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals. He has written many chapters of book related endometriosis and minimal invasive gynecologic surgery.
He was the president of the Thai Society of Gynecologic Endoscopists (TSGE) from 2015 to 2022. He is actively involved in many societies. These include as board member of the Asia-Pacific Association for Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimal invasive surgery (APAGE), the Asia-Pacific Gynecological Endoscopy Training Group (APGET) and the Asian Society of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis (ASEA).
