Our Faculty

Dr Jason Lim is a Senior Consultant and Clinical Assistant Professor obstetrician and gynaecologist at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Singapore General Hospital. He graduated from the National University of Singapore and went on to obtain his postgraduate qualification and fellowship in obstetrics and gynaecology with the Royal College of O&G United Kingdom. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine NUS and Duke-NUS Medical School.

As a urogynaecologist, he completed his sub specialty fellowship training in female pelvic floor reconstructive surgery and childbirth pelvic floor trauma and rehabilitation in the United Kingdom (UCLH, Whittington, John Radcliffe Oxford).

Being the Head of the Urogynaecology Service in the Department, he takes care of women with all types of pelvic floor dysfunction such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and post- childbirth rehabilitation. He is currently the President of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Singapore and the immediate past Head of Urogynaecology Section under the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists Singapore. His other area of interest is in healthcare management and economics for which he obtained a Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management and Leadership at Singapore Management University under SingHealth’s Talent Development Scholarship. He currently chairs the Value-Based Care in Hysterectomy Workgroup under Ministry of Health, Singapore.
