Dr Sun is the Medical Deputy Superintendent and Director of the Center of Gynaecologic Minimal Invasive Surgery at Lucina Women and Children Hospital in Kaohsiung City in Taiwan. He is also the director of Taiwan Association of Minimal Invasive Gynaecologic Surgery (TAMIG).
He earned his medical degree from National Taiwan University and completed his internship and residency at Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital in Taiwan. He gained his fellowship at New York University Hospital, with special interest in advanced gynaecologic Endoscopic Surgery. He has been an invited speaker at numerous scientific conferences.
