Techniques to Avoid Intraperitoneal Tumour Cell Spillage in MIS Oncology Surgeries
Professor Wang Xipeng graduated from Bethune Medical University, Changchun, China in 1996 and did his Ph.D at Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, China from 2001 to 2004. He took on a fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, USA from 2004 to 2005.
He currently holds the position of Head & Graduate Mentor at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
His research interests include Gynecological oncology, transvaginal surgery and uterus fertility preservation.
He was the Program of Shanghai Academic Technology Research Leader in 2022 and won the National Science and Technology Awards for Research (ranked 3rd) in 2008.
He was admitted for the Youth Science and technology star training program of Shanghai science and Technology Commission in 2006 and nominated for the Hundred Talents Program of Shanghai Health System in 2011.
