Professor Yen Chih-Feng currently practices at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and the National Tsing Hua University School of Medicine in Taiwan. He holds an M.D. degree from Taipei Medical University and a Ph.D. from Chang Gung University's Graduate Institute of Clinical Medical Sciences. He served as a visiting assistant professor at Yale University School of Medicine.

He has extensive experience in gynecologic endoscopy, having successfully performed laparoscopic and hysteroscopic operations for thousands of patients. His research focuses on adenomyosis, endometriosis and the molecular and cellular biology of the endometrium, and has authored over 100 peer-reviewed papers in the field of gynecologic endoscopy and reproductive sciences.

He sits in various professional associations, including serving as the

  • Secretary-General of the Asia-Pacific Association for Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Therapy (APAGE)
  • Executive Board of Supervision of the Taiwan Endometriosis Society (TES)
  • Ambassador of the Asian Society of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis (ASEA)

He currently serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology (JMIG) and Gynecology and Minimally Invasive Therapy (GMIT) and acts as a reviewer for several other reputable journals in the field.
