Dr SUN Jing is a Chief Physician, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Tongji University. She is also the Director of Reproductive Surgery Department at Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University. She is an expert in complicated gynecological diagnosis and treatment as well as minimally invasive gynecological surgery preserving reproductive functions, including single-port laparoscopic surgery, VNOTES and hysteroscopic surgery etc. She has a record of more than 30,000 cases of laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries.
She is the President of the Asia-Pacific Association of Gynecological Endoscopy (APAGE). She is also a member of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the Chairman of the Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Professional Committee of Shanghai Medical Doctor Association.
She was awarded the Second Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Progress Award and the Third Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. She is also a recipient of the Government Special Allowance and the Shanghai Leading Talent Project.
